The idea of this album was to prevent recordings made by the three iniators of Muze of dissappearing. Jeroen Blijleve, Erik de Bree and Jeroen Kruijshaar are all three related to each song appearing on this album, hence the title "neefjes en Nichtjes" (Nephews and Nieces). This album can be seen as the official beginning of Muze. The cd varies from lo-fi one hit wonders to psychedelic improvisations to securely arranged popsongs. The cd was release in a jute bag and presented through a small festival in Haarlem.
