Les Neveux et les Nièces is the follow up to the Neefjes en Nichtjes album from 1999 and was the first "official" release by Muze. The cd is printed in an edition of 500 and distributed by the Konkurrent, praised for their work for bands as The Ex and labels as Domino and Matador.

While the first part was a very personal document of the three initiators Jeroen Blijleve, Jeroen Kruijshaar and Erik de Bree, this edition is a collection of bands and artists from all over the Netherlands and contains genres a lo-fi, pop, rock, garage blues and post-rock. An also very interesting part of this cd is the contribution of 7 artists who made hand made artworks on triplex boards in an edition of 80. The booklet shows ssketches of each of the artists and the package is hold together by a handmade fiber felt bag.
